Schellens Consultancy was founded 9 years ago and has build up an impressive track record with customers like Tata Steel, Stork, Rentokil-Initial and lots of smaller and mid-sized companies. Our clients value our direct communication and issue solving attitude. We provide:
HR solution subscription
If you need support on a regular basis we agree with you to come over on a regular basis, for instance one day a month on a fixed fee basis. In this way you do have a HR Partner that is always there for you and pro-actively help you out in avoiding issues, but also work on specific HR related items.
HR Scan
For a fixed fee of average €2500, we carry out a full scan within your organization and report to you any HR related issues we have found, including an action planning advice.
Recruitment
We carry out any recruitment activity in all functions. Because of our presence and knowledge we have helped lots of customers to find the right candidate to suit their needs. Please inform for specific demands directly. Each recruitment is an unique process and search!
Executive search
Through our extended network, both Nationally and Internationally, Schellens Consultancy is well placed to find your senior manager and/or Director. Always discrete and always successful.
Interim Management
Need an experienced Manager to help out? Schellens Consultancy will provide you with the best suitable candidate. We believe your project or issue is solved only after it has proven to be implemented and working. So no consultant that tells you what to do and leave off, but we make it actually work for you.
Assessment
We are a certified assessor and can carry out any assessment to help you to decide on growth potential of your employees and as selection tool for candidates. Assessments are always done based on competencies that are discussed and agreed up front.
Coaching, career counseling and outplacement
Wherever there is a desire for promotion of existing employees, an employee needs to better placed in his or her existing job or an employee needs to pursue his career elsewhere, we can set up a specific route.
